    Please note the earlier start time for September.

    Ride through East Islip, Islip and Bay Shore. We may do one loop of the Heckscher bike path. Lights and reflective clothing recommended. Be sure to check the Ride Calendar for any last minute cancellation; cancellation will be posted no later than 4:00, otherwise I will be at the ride start and make a decision at that time.
