    SORRY-THIS RIDE IS CANCELLED for a few reasons. Tomorrow is going to be a much nicer day to ride; I've been sick this week and still don't feel all that great; I think Dune Road will be flooded from the rains; there is still a chance of rain for today, though I think we may be out of the worst of it. I'm sorry to disappoint anyone who was coming. I will repost this ride for Friday, same time.

    This will be Alison's Cupsogue ride but slower! Low/mid B- pace, depending on the wind. Brief stop at the beach then snack stop at the Beach Bakery. If the weather prevents this ride from occuring, most likely will be rescheduled for Friday at the same time. Cell phone 516-330-1542.
