    Doing anything this morning? If not, let’s take a ride to Middle Island. We will peddle for an average pace somewhere between 13.5 & 14.0. There will be a bagel/bathroom or a deli stop about half way, your choice. Cue sheets will be provided and no one will be dropped. Please be ready to leave at the posted start time. My cell phone number is 631.484.3490.
    Check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted NO LATER than 7:30AM if necessary.
