    As AC/DC says,"No speed limits..nobody's gonna slow me down," etc. Since everyone loves a fast mean-spirited ride, here we go. A warmup, then two laps of a 11.5 mile loop, two sprints per lap. Then some cool-down miles. Non-stop.
