What The Heck Is This? They added a Double Black Diamond to the Intermediate Trail north of the Wild Laurel BD. My plan is to NOT do either of the "old" BDs but save my strength for the new un-named DBD. It's not a technically difficult BD unless you count climbing on a new (read as: narrow soft dirt) trail. The exit/entrance are very close together therefore anyone can sit on the side and wait the five minutes it takes me to walk up most of the DBD climb ;-( . Check back to the Ride Calendar before coming out as the weather is questionable. If the precip is enough there maybe a switch to Calverton as a venue since it is better draining.
