    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Come join me for a ride to Middle Island with an average pace between 13.7 & 14.1. There will be a bagel or deli stop about half way. Mileage could vary by plus 3. Cue sheets will be provided and no one will be dropped. Please be ready to leave at the posted start time. Check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted NO LATER than 8:00AM if necessary.
