Details (RL read field instructions carefully):
First Century training ride of the season. Each week the distance will increase by 5-10 miles (unless the previous week's ride was cancelled due to weather) and the pace will gradually increase. My goal is to do the Century at a mid B- pace (13.5-13.7). The route for this week will be Holtsville to Moriches with a food/bathroom break at McD's in Center Moriches. Cancellation for any reason will be posted on the Ride Calendar no later than 8:00 am on Saturday. Most of my training rides will be on Saturday but an occasional Sunday may be necessary due to other commitments or weather issues on a Saturday. Cell phone 516-330-1542.
