This is a special edition of the Kreb Ride. Chris Gebhardt of Ridley bicycles will be here with his fleet of demo bikes. Chris is also the sales rep for Speedplay pedals. He will have pedals and shoes to use if you would like to checkout the speedplays on your exsisting bike. The shop will be 1 hour before the ride for set up of bikes and shoe/pedals. This week we will have 2 groups a B+ and an A. The B+ will be a paceline group with the same interval style of workout we follow on Friday ride. Those A knuckleheads can go beat eachother up, although they better be careful. Chris G. is a nationally ranked triathelete, and he'll drop the hammer if provoked.

Come back to the shop afterwards for a light breakfast and pick Chris' brain about Ridley, Speedplay, Triathalon or whatever.
