Details (RL read field instructions carefully):
Last training ride before the Montauk Century. Please note the earlier start time. The route for this week will be Holtsville to Hampton Bays. If necessary we will have a bathroom stop at Southaven Park ( mile 8 ). There will be 2 food/rest stops, Hampton Bays ( either Tully's or the Green Door ) at mile 35 and Manorville at mile 55. If we use the Dune Rd version of the cue sheet faster riders can go ahead on that 8 mile stretch. Even though the ride is listed as B- the goal will be to finish at a "slow B" pace ( 14.1 - 15.0 ), depending on the wind, as always. Expect to get back between 3:00 and 4:00.
