UPDATE, TUESDAY 10:30AM - FORECAST IS NOT LOOKING GOOD FOR TONIGHT. RATHER THAN WAIT LIKE LAST WEEK AND CANCELLING AT THE RIDE START AND GETTING MY BIKE WET ON THE DRIVE HOME I AM CANCELLING AHEAD OF TIME TODAY. I AM NOT RESCHEDULING FOR WEDNESDAY SINCE IT WOULD CONFLICT WITH THOSE WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RIDE OF SILENCE. I MAY REPOST THIS RIDE FOR FRIDAY EVENING. CHECK THE RIDE CALENDAR LATER IN THE WEEK.

Since the parking lot at JFK elementary may not be available due to the school budget vote I am moving the ride start for this week to the Oakdale train station. Meet at the southwest corner of the parking lot. We will ride east through Oakdale, Sayville, Bayport and Blue Point with a short stop at Corey Beach. Lights and reflective clothing are recommended. Cancellation for any reason will be posted no later than 4:30 on Tuesday. If ride is cancelled it may be rescheduled for Wednesday.
