This ride will go to Cedar Beach and back. The first half will be flatter then the way home. Cue sheets will be provided along with wait ups. We will cycle through Stony Brook and take Sheep Pasture Road to North Country and into Mount Sinai. We will take a short break at Cedar Beach in order to take in the view and re-hydrate. On the way back, the group will take Shore Road to Old Post and through Belle Terre, into Setauket for the second of three Shore Roads, and finally to Stony Brook the third Shore Road, up Hollow Road and through the University, and back to the future.
