each year, i bring some of my spin students to adriondak drive to ride the 7 sisters. in the past, i ask for club members to marshall this ride, share their wisdom with these new riders, and help me keep track of these newbies on bikes.

past years, i have been humbled by the response of the club.

here goes..we leave 6am (sharp) and do a small loop leading to the seven sisters. we should be back in lot no later than 7:30am.
