    Let’s take a ride to Middle Island we will peddle for an average between 12.8 13.0 mph. This ride is posted as a C+ but could be just a tad faster depending on conditions. Around mile 13 is a stop at the deli or the bagel shop; your choice, both in the shopping center. Cue sheets will be provided and no one will be dropped. Please check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 8:45AM if necessary. My phone# is 631.484.3490. Late start due to, you know.
