    Please join me for my SBRA 3rd Anniversary Ride. It was 3 years ago today that I went on my first SBRA ride with Barbara Braun. This is my 438th SBRA ride for a total of 16,525 miles.

    Park behind the "Vitamin Shoppe." This ride is Ron's route to Cedar Beach. Bring snacks as we'll break at the beach. The first half of this ride is rough roads and hills. The second half is a fun, mostly down hill, pace-line run down Route 25A into Route 347 and back to the parking log. BTW there are a couple of fun Strava segments (see Strava.com) on this ride, including "Campus Cycle Hill", and "Sheep Pasture Rise."
