    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We'll head to Belle Terre then loop through Three Villages...some route options along the way as group decides and weather allows. This will be a B pace but please note there are hills that will make this a good (but scenic!) workout. There will be spots for wait ups...bring snacks for the rest stop at West Meadow Beach.

    Park near the Citi Bank/Bethpage Credit Union end of the shopping plaza.
