Let’s take a ride to Middle Island. We will peddle for an average between 12.8 13.0 mph. The route is slightly different than last week. This ride is posted as a C+ but could be just a tad faster depending on conditions. Around mile 13 is a stop at the deli or the bagel shop; your choice, both in the shopping center.
