+++++ UPDATE12:15PM. It's not going to clear for another hour. I have CHANGED the entire ride and location for later today. Any last minute changes will be posted by 3PM. However, things look good for a late afternoon ride. +++++++ Note location and time change. Any confusion call me.

Let’s take an easy ride through the back streets of Sayville, Bayport and Blue Point ending up at Cory Beach around mile 13. The average pace for the ride will be between 12.7 and 13.0 mph. Bring a snack, there is no food only a bathroom.

****10:00 UPDATE – I think this mess will clear by noon. The RIDE START is now 12:00 Noon. Go/No Go decision at the start. I am optimistic the rain will be gone and the sun will be out by then. ******

****8/18/2012 – 8:30 AM Ride is DELAYED till 11: 00 or 12:00. CHECK BACK at 10:00 for an update. I will try to get this ride in today.******

I am going to Manorville today using the same rout as last Saturday. The average pace for this ride will be between 12.8 & 13.0 mph. Depending on conditions average could be a tad higher. What's a tad?, a low B-. We will have a rest/food stop at Mc Donald’s and then head back. Cue sheets will be provided and no one will be dropped. Please check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 8:45AM if necessary. My phone# is 631.484.3490
