    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Take a late afternoon ride from Port Jefferson Station through Poquott, Strong's Neck, Old Field and on to West Meadow (will likely do the Crane's Neck loop too). Route is a mix of some long rolling stretches, a few good climbs and some beautiful views! Rest stop at West Meadow Beach so bring water and snacks as needed.

    Pace will be a middle B pace and we will have wait ups as needed.

    Note: Park over towards Bethpage Credit Union/Home Goods area of the parking lot. I will be coming to the ride start on my bike, so no worries if you don't see my car!
