    7:00am Update: This ride is cancelled. The WX forecast had changed.
    I won't be at the ride Start.

    5:30am Update: It's raining now, but forecast shows improvement,
    so lets try 1 hour delay and start at 9:30am
    I'll be at ride start for final decision.
