    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Join me for a 20 mile Halloween Ride which will loop through Holbrook, down to Connetquot, through Ronkonkoma, back to the Ecology Center. This ride will have a C+ pace, with an average of 12.0 - 12.3, and there will be cue sheets. This ride does not have a scheduled break, but we will make a bathroom stop if needed.

    Please arrive at 8:30 so we will be ready to ride at 9:00. The "soup/lunch" should be ready for us when we get back. Remember that you must sign up and pay for the "soup/lunch" in advance - there are no "day-off" sign ups.
