    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Let’s take a ride to Middle Island peddling for an average between 13.8 14.0 mph. The pace could go up to 14.3 depending on the wind and my cold air lungs. We’ll take a break at the bagel shop around mile 10. No one will be dropped. Please check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations which will be posted no later than 8:15AM, if necessary. My phone number is 631.484.3490
