    If you are looking for a challenging metric century plus a few miles, the join me and ride the rolling hills to Stony Brook. Most of the hills are on the way to Stony Brook and in the first 15 miles of the return ride.
    Food stop at Fratellis (The Dish is permanently broken).

    No go in rain. Cancellation if necessary posted by 6:30AM
