    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    This hilly ride will wind along River Road through Nissequogue to Short Beach and Long Beach, and then through Head of the Harbor to Stony Brook Village and out to the Old Field Lighthouse. Lunch stop will be in Stony Brook on our way back from Old Field.

    As this is a very hilly ride, the average speed will be around 12-13 mph, which is a C+ / B- pace.

    Note: Ride start time changed - now 9:30 am!

    Any weather related updates will be posted by 7am the morning of the ride.
