This ride goes through Old Field with a brief snack stop (you provide snack) at the light house. There is no bathroom or deli stop on this ride.
This is hills 101 for those who need practice and are willing to challenge themselves. We will start the season at a C+ pace and eventually get to B-. Flats will average about 13 mph (12-15 mph after warmup depending on the wind) and the hills will be at each individual's ability. Wait-ups at the top of the hills and we all end up together at 12+mph average.
