    After you've done 100 miles on Saturday, if you make this ride my helmet is off to you ... this ride is another type of workout! ... Using gmaps (http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=5462216) I came up with ~3100 feet of climbing. It ain't the Grand Frondo and it wasn't enough to train for riding in the mountains of France but its has its ups & downs, ditto, ditto, ditto, (you get the idea). We'll do the 30 miles all within 5 miles of Port Jefferson. The B+ is more of a difficulty rating rather then the pace at the end of the ride. If we end up doing near 15 mph average then we should be feel good about how we rode the hills. Check out the cue sheet at http://www.sbraweb.org/sites/default/files/MtSinai-Pumping-Iron-30mi.pdf.
