    *At almost 3:30pm, weather system with thunder and rain moving through and roads are soaked, so safer to cancel for today. *

    Getting out of work a little early? Join me on a short warm up of hills - we will head to Stony Brook harbor, then past the duck pond into Head of the Harbor (the B- is more about the hill terrain vs. pace level). The heat and group will decide when we head back for 6pm departure with Barbara A's group. Wait ups and regroups after the climbs.

    Updates for any reason will be posted here by 3:30pm.
