    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Rain is in the forecast for the early morning so I am going to change the ride start time to 9:00. If it is not clear at 9:00 I will just delay the start so check back in the morning.

    Today we take a ride to Tullys for some chowder! This ride is mostly flat with the exception of the Ponquogue bridge. Food stop is at mile 20 and we could stop at the beach bakery on the way back.
    Pace will be a 16 mph and at times the ride average will be higher if we have the wind at our backs.
