    Do some of the hills from King Kullen in Mt. Sinai to Stony Brook ... Rich Eisman would be proud. This ride will do B+ on the flats and take B+ EFFORT on the hills to come in with a B Avg. The route includes East Broadway. Check back prior to the ride for any changes. Questions: nsamuels'at'optonline.net.
