Rocky Point Cycle will be sponsoring a mountain bike nutrition and skills clinic on Saturday November 9th at 9 am. The location will be the pavilion inside Cathedral pines county park (next to the play ground). We are going to cover a wide range of topics with a focus on whats needed for the upcoming Something Wicked 6 hour race. Hammer nutrition has supplied us with lots of samples and helpful print materials and we have a whole list of exercises planed to help with everything from cornering skills to climbing techniques.
