NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

Off to Nettie's for some excellent baked goods, coffee, etc. Nettie's has a variety of outdoor seating, including rockers, tables and chairs, and couches. Restrooms are available. Please read the e-mail that the club sent out regarding Nettie's. Nettie's has been very accommodating to our club members in regard to our usage of their facilities and bathrooms, and it would be great if you made a purchase to help them sustain their business in these difficult times. This ride goes out to Manorville and Masks are required on this ride. We all stay together on this ride no one gets dropped. Please text me to let me know you are coming. Phone # below.
Join me for this C+ ride, which will average 12.3 - 12.7. No one gets dropped and we will be observing spacing rules, etc. We will loop around Bellport and Patchogue, and then go to Corey Beach for a bathroom stop; our break will be around the corner at the Atlantic Ave. Deli; route may change due to the weather, so no cue sheets.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ride start, to allow enough time for me to get everyone signed in and to "get yourself" ready.

There is a blood drive at the Yaphank FD on this day from 10-4. Maybe consider donating after the ride? You need to go on the NYBC website to make an appointment.

Join me for this scenic C- ride, cruising speed will be 10 - 11 depending on the group. No one gets dropped. We will meander around some quiet back roads of East Islip and stop at the beach for a snack. Then ride the Heckscher Park bike path where we will wind our way along the Great South Bay on our return leg to Timber Point Golf Course.There is a bathroom in Heckscher park as well as Timberpoint. Please bring water, spare tube, and a snack if you wish.
