NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

Bagels and smoothies poolside at Paul's house, served at his new tiki bar.
Address: 92 Munsell Rd, East Patchogue, NY 11772 .
There will be tap beer and maybe some spiked smoothies.
Bring bathing suits, the pool and slide will be at 90 degrees.  
Towels are provided plus there is a hot outside shower.

Sorry for the late posting. Get up in the dark and have breakfast! After we do the short West Shoreham hills if, at the 9 mile point,  EVERYONE wants to do a few more hills we'll add a 6 mile loop out to Wading River.

The pace will NOT be B/B+ but the effort will be!
