NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

Group stays together, wait-ups as necessary. Flyers (a.k.a. dick-swingers) will not be tolerated and will be considered "off the ride" if off the front of group. Expect an 18 average at ride end.
We'll have post-ride coffee at the groovy Eastport General Store, it's 3 doors west of the Kreb shop on same side of street.
Monday Lake Tour. B+/A- pace. Cruise around 20 +-. Average around 20 MPH +-. Steady pace ride with little to no surging. A rest stop is half way at Wildwood Lake where there is a nice view of the lake and also a portapotty. Wait ups are as needed with the final on Mill Rd.and Halsey Manor Rd (stop sign) on the way back. Click on the link below to view and/or download the ride.
Please note that this is not a training ride and surging is a no-no. I like to ride as a group at a stready pace.
Off to Quogue for several scenic stops, with some mileage on Dune Road. Restrooms at miles 7 and 25. Bring snacks, food stop at Beach Bakery, next to a pocket Park, with restrooms, in WH Beach. To join, text Bill G. at 631-356-3036 with your SBRA, emergency and cell numbers, your full name, and date of ride. Check the ride calendar for changes the day of the ride, any changes will be posted by 08:00am.
For this Flat ride the Average speed is 11-12mph depending on riders, wind, tide, position of moon and leaders disposition with a distance of 18-22 miles. Nobody gets left behind and newbies always welcome and well taken care of. Any cancellation will be before 8:30am. No need to text me.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ride start, to allow enough time for me to get everyone signed in and to "get yourself" ready.
Join me for this easy ride from Bellport over to Blue Point. We will take a break at the new library, where snacks and a bathrooms are available.
This is a C ride which will average 11.2 - 11.7 (depending on the wind and the riders), we will be observing spacing rules, etc.
