    Ride the rolling hills to Stony Brook via Smithtown, Head of the Harbor and Nissequogue. This is why the ride is classified as C+/B-. on the flat portions including most of the return ride pace will be more upper end B-.

    If nice day will include Smithtown Town beaches, Short Beach and Long Beach/Shubert Beach

    Deli stop in Stony Brook at Fratellis
