    I'd welcome some company riding to my boot camp class in the Town of Babylon this evening!  Hang out in town and take a break for about 45 minutes while I'm in class then we can ride back together!

    Remember if you're meeting me, come to the entrance of Belmont Lake State park off of the Southern State Exit #38 - I'll be leaving no later than 4:15PM sharp so that I'll be in class on time.
