Update as of 7/15/2016 @ 3:30PM:  Thunderstorms are being predicted beginning around 5PM.  I don't want to cancel the ride too soon so call me on 631-793-8298 if you plan on doing the ride, especially if you're driving from a distance.

The location of the ride start location has changed to the main parking lot of Belmont Lake State Park, (Exit 38 from Southern State Parkway) as well as the time change (from 3PM) to 4:30PM (the park stops charging the fee at 4:00PM)

I'm taking the trail to Babylon Village, attending a boot camp class, so you'll have some time to hang around the village, get some drinks, take a walk then meet me back at the gym.  Once my class is over, we'll go for a ride and meander around town... to the docks.. wherever you'd like to go.  Please note that the mileage may need to be adjusted due to the current weather conditions...hot and humid.

This is a sweet and simple ride, however, mandatory helmets are required as well as drinks.  Bug spray is optional... but highly recommended!
