    RIDE CHANGE/UPDATE:  The time has changed to 5:30 PM since I rescheduled my boot camp class for another day next week.

    Please meet me at the main parking lot of Belmont Lake State Park, (Exit 38 from Southern State Parkway). 

    This is a sweet and simple ride, however, mandatory helmets are required as well as drinks.  Bug spray is optional... but highly recommended!

    As always, feel free to call me on 631-793-8298 with any questions regarding this ride.

    No go in rain/check back for any changes/cancellations prior to 3:00PM the day of the ride.
