    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We'll ride from Shorehan through Wading River to Manorville, Yaphank, Middle Island and back to Shoreham.Ride with me and we'll aim for a pace of 14.5-15.0 mph or ride with Dave at a slightly faster speed. As we always do, we will both ride the same route so you can start with Dave and latch on to me at a rest stop or vice versa. No one gets dropped. Dave will post his ride separately.
