    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will ride out of the Islip Terrace Post Office parking lot and head to Hechscher State Park for a restroom break and a loop around the park.  Then we will head back to the Post Office.  Please bring your drinks and snacks.  Any questions concerning this ride call my cell phone 516 448-8545.

    This is a B- ride that will average 14.5 to 15mph, road speeds may reach 17-18mph.  Lights and reflective clothing are recommended.

    We have permssion to park at the Post Office on the South West side of the lot near the parking lot Exit.
