I twisted my knee last night and can't ride today. Tom will lead the ride today. Time change-new time 0s 9;45am. Off to Cupsogue, with multiple views of the Atlantic Ocean.  Bring your own drinks and snacks.  We will stop 7 miles prior to our return in a pocket park in Westhampton, where there are several places to get food/snacks.  There will be  several bathroom stops on this ride.
