    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Starts in Mt sinai heritage park - park on the right of the entrance - bathrooms available.

    Going to a Bagel shop in Wading river (mile 17ish).  Back along the rail trail which has a number of cross streets, (which we will take carefully), therefore a slower speed on the way back.  Average will probably be mid to high B- depending on who joins the ride, wind speed etc.  Pretty flat ride.
