    Ride starts at Lindenhrst RR parking lot and goes to Terrace Bagelry on Connetquot Ave.  This is a B- ride, cruising at 16 mph to get an average of 14 to 15 mph.  Any changes will be posted at least 90 minutes before the ride.


    Food:  Terrace Bagelry at mile 19


    Bathroom break:  Terrace Bagelry at mile 19 (or Islip Library at mile 13 if needed)
