NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

Join me for an early morning ride to the Holtsville ecology Center today. This ride has a little of everything so it feels like an interval spin class when you are done! We stop at the Ecology Park for a quick break and head back. Check for updates the night before and morning of the ride!

This will be a ride going to Shirley beach and William Floyd estate passing along the water through mastic. we then return going through parts of bellport that are not seen that much. If you like to see different routes, this is the ride for you. no one dropped.
