NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

I'm hoping that the rain is over and out so that we can do a ride at noon. Any cancellation or other comments will be posted no later than 11 am. I have to be somewhere at 3, so please plan to start the ride on time at noon.

Ride through the area around East Islip south of Montauk Hwy and Islip along Union Blvd. Depending on wind and temps we may do a loop or two on the bike path in Heckscher Park and/or a loop down to Islip Beach. Cancellation for any reason will be posted no later than 3:30PM on Tuesday. If cancelled, ride may be rescheduled for Wednesday.
