Join me for this C+ ride from Sayville to Bellport, where we'll stop at the Bellport dock to view the Great South Bay. Either bring a snack or you may purchase something in Bellport on the way to the dock.
This is a structured ride which will average 12.4 - 12.8, depending on wind, riders, etc. There will be cue sheets and no one will be dropped.
NOTE: Park on the South Side of the train station, across the street.
The ride originally posted for Friday night (9/28) has been changed/rescheduled to Sunday morning. The reason is because it's too dark on the bike trail during the afternoon/evening hours to get the ride in without feeling rushed.
PLEASE NOTE: The New day (Sunday) The New date (9/30/18) and the New start Location (Babylon Town Docks)
We'll do the ride to Belmont Lake using the bridle trail, take a quick break (bring a snack + water) at the park before returning. Optional deli or soup at the Babylon Fish and Clam in Babylon after the ride.
There's a chance that some mileage will be added
Change/cancellation will be posted here by 7:30 AM the day of ride.
