NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

We will be doing Bobby's Holbrook Country Club to Patchogue ride. I will wear be wearing Bobby's bike jersey so you will feel more comfortable. Only kidding. This should be a flat ride with a stop at McDonalds. This will be my first time leading this ride and I am directionally challenged, but don't worry too much I have a Garmin.
This ride was changed from Wed. 10/2 to Tuesday 10/1, everything else is the same. Off to Wildwood State Park, with a break at the Manorville McDonald's. Sorry I have to cancel this ride had a Blue Light treatment Friday thought I would be ready to ride by now but I am not .Moved from Monday to Tuesday. We will be leaving Bank of America and head to Great River and East Islip for a 22 mile ride. The ride will be at a B- pace with an average speed of around 14.5 to 15mph and road speeds that will reach 16 to 18 mph.
Changes or cancelation will be posted by 2:00pm day of ride.

Ride 15-19 miles at an 10.5-11.5 pace until dusk. Wear bright gear and have lights. Newbies always welcome and nobody gets left behind. Park on South side of RR in lot across the street. Daylights burning so wheels down at 5:30. Any cancellation will be by 4:30
