We will ride around Belmont State Park Lake then taking the trail down to Babylon town dock. The trail can accommodate fat tire, mountain and cross bikes. Short hydration break at the dock or we can stop at the Delica Sea deli just before the dock if needed.
Note- The route includes both trail and on road riding.
Please check the ride calendar for any weather, or last minute cancellations, which will be posted no later than 7:30am if necessary. My cell is 347-677-4164; call or text if you have questions about the ride or need directions to the start location. DN

Park in the train station lot . This is basically a north south ride. The wind is supposed to be light from the north. Bring snacks as there is no food stop.
We will take a snack break at the half way point..There are restrooms there as well. Any questions call me at 631/620/8904
ALF is still alive and well (!), after undergoing some eye repairs. I'm just getting back on the bike, after a forced hiatus, so pace is going to be a little slower. We'll do a little pacelining, a few rollers and hopefully have some early season fun all together.
So, let's launch from the usual place and head out to Riverhead for some coffee and a bagel!
We will do some riding on the Grumman Tail and in Manorville, shoot up to Bean and Bagel, than up to Sound Avenue, and back to the lot we started from. For info: contact Bill G. at 631-356-3036. Check the ride calendar the day of the ride for changes, which would be posted by 08:00am.
