NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

11.5-12mph pace, nobody gets left behind and newbies always taken care of. As always have a face covering, water and a snack if we don't stop at a deli. Restroom break at Wertheim or Corey Beach and end with 20-25 miles depending on group, position of moon, tide and ride leaders disposition. Any cancellation by 8:30am.
No need to text me. Please arrive at start 15 min. before for sign in.
Join me for this C+ ride, which will average 12.3 - 12.7. No one gets dropped and we will be observing spacing rules, etc. We will either loop around Bellport and Patchogue, and then go to Corey Beach, or maybe go to the Smith Point Marina - decision to be made the morning of the ride. There will be a bathroom stop somewhere, as well as a break. Route TBD, so no cue sheets.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ride start, to allow enough time for me to get everyone signed in and to "get yourself" ready.

Going out to Manorville, stopping at McDonalds. New bathroom rules now , only one for Customers. (you might have to spring for a cup of coffee to get the key!)
Please text me to let me know you are coming and masks required on this ride.
The weather looks nice, so let's take a ride to the (recently renovated) Bellport docks, with the option of stopping off at the deli for some eats. We'll do some meandering before getting there, so there's a possibility of an additional 1-2 more miles added to the 30 miles posted.
Text me at 631-521-0688 if you're interested - the maximum amount of individuals I can take will be 9 riders.
Please check back for any changes/cancellations prior to 7:00 AM the day of the ride.
Join me for this scenic ride, cruising speed will be 10-11 depending on the group. No one gets dropped.
We will ride around some quiet back roads of Sayville while working our way to Bayport. We'll be passing the Mansion at West Sayville and the Long Island Maritime Museum. Then off to the beach for a snack (depending on the weather). Then we'll head East to Bayport. This is the winter version, so in order to minimize our wind exposure I won't be seeking out the usual abundance of water views. Please bring water, spare tube, and a snack if you wish.
Always check back here for any changes
We will be observing social distancing, and you must have a face covering with you. Be sure you have signed the on line covid waiver.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ride start, to allow enough time for me to get everyone signed in.
