COVID PRECAUTIONS: Generally speaking most of us who have been riding together do not wear masks during the ride, if you are only comfortable riding with those that wear masks, then you might want to chose a different ride. That said, please respect those that are on the ride and distance appropiately at the times we are not moving.
I think Overton will be good to ride. If damage to the trail appears to be a good possibility at the start I'll be cancelling the ride and heading out to Calverton.
Check back to this posting before leaving for the ride as the April showers may continue through Monday ;-(
I plan to do all the Black Diamonds but Overton is designed with BDs that loop back near the entrances so we'll arrange meetups as necessary.
The ride will be following the SBRA COVID-19 Guidelines. PLEASE text (@ 631-988-6557) or email @ [nsamuels@optonline.net(link sends e-mail)] me with your rider information (Name, Member #, Emergency #, Cell #). IF I don't receive any text messages I may vary the start time a bit.
You must have a mask on your person to do this ride ...
Remember to check back as Life Happens and Things Change!

Tom is out of commission due to his knee replacement , so I am posting these evening rides for those who want/need them. This week it has to be on Tuesday, as I have Zoom meetings on Wednesday.
So, join me for this evening ride around Ronkonkoma and the surrounding areas. This will be an easy C+, with a ride average between 12.0 - 12.8. The exact route will be determined at the start, so there will not be a cue sheet for this ride. There should be plenty of daylight for the ride, but it is recommended that you wear bright/reflective clothing and have working lights on your bike. Please be prompt getting to the ride start, so we may depart on time. PARK on the North side of the train station East of Main Terminal.
