NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

A tour of Manorville and Lake Panamoka before going to Bean and Bagel (mile 24), for refreshements and bathrooms. There are no bathrooms at the start. No one will be dropped, wait ups after any hills.
Join me for this ride from Calverton, where we will ride on the back roads around Manorville, and take our break at the Bean & Bagel Cafe. This is a C+ ride, which will average 12.3 - 12.8, depending on the winds, etc. The exact route will be determined at the start, so there willnot be a cue sheet for this ride.

Going to Smith's Point or the Marinia depending on the wind. You know the route.The road speed will be 15.5/17.0 you know the drill. Pulling is always appreciated. We'll come in with a B minus average +/- a tad. Any questions about this ride text me at 631.484.3490. Cancelations will be posted by 0745 if needed.

We will ride around some quiet back roads of Sayville while working our way to the Great South Bay. we'll be passing the Mansion at West Sayville and the Long Island Maritime Museum. We'll wind our way to the beach for a snack and bathroom break. Then we'll head East to Bayport, enjoy a couple more water views and head back on our return leg. Please bring water, spare tube, and a snack if you wish.

We will be leaving Bank of America and head to Sayville and returning to East Islip for a 26 mile ride. The ride will be at a (B- pace) with an average speed of around 14.5 to 15.0 mphand road speeds that will reach 16 to 18 mph.
Changes or cancelation will be posted by 1:00pm day of ride.

Simple ride to Islip Beach with an opportunity to stretch your legs, this route will be a minimum of 18 miles, we'll break at Islip Beach/not sure if food will be available so please pack a snack and drinks.
