NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

Bellport Kreb is Back early start mean early finish Great for the working American (LOL). This will be posted as an B+/A- but most likely finish at an A- pace. The goal is to keep it under 20MPH average and NOT blow it up. For A and A+ riders this is a great warm up to the Weekend Speedy Rides. For B+ riders this is a perfect opportunity to test your Endurance and ability out. Ride out to the Maples and Regroup.

This will be an easy C+ ride around Center Moriches, that will average 11.8 - 12.6, and will be taking our break at Nettie's. There are some very nice water views along the way. No one gets dropped and we will be observing spacing rules, etc. Since the exact route will be determined as we go along, there will not be a cue sheet.

The number of riders is limited, so if you want to ride you must text me (631-523-2129) with your SBRA Member Number and Emergency Contact phone number. I will respond to your text and let you know if you have a spot on the ride. Once the ride is filled, I will change to post to indicate that.   

Riders should arrive at least 15 minutes before the ride start, to allow enough time for me to get everyone signed in and to "get yourself" ready.

Haven't led in quite awhile due to some surgeries, so, I honestly don't know what to expect of myself. Can't wait to do that first "climb" up Victory. LOL

SLOW B- ride to McDonalds in Manorville. Pulls always appreciated.
